Between 2020 and 2022, we provided a range of services for key clients including PTA(WA) and Martinus Rail (WA), with the total project value exceeding $1.5 million. Our expertise in Construction Management, Site Quality Assurance, and Construction Supervision ensured the successful execution of each project. We supplied essential Labour, Equipment, and Protection Officers, while also overseeing critical installations such as OLE, Earthing & Bonding, and Foundation Installation. Additionally, our team conducted Testing & Commissioning to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. As part of our role with PTA, we also provided a Contract Surveillance Officer to monitor the integrity and progress of the contract, further ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

From 2021 to 2023, we provided a range of services for the Lakelands Station Project, working alongside ADCO (WA) on a project valued at over $900k. Our role involved the OLE, Earthing & Bonding Detailed Design, as well as the design of OLE Structures, ensuring the project’s design met all technical and safety requirements. We also managed the overall design and construction processes, offering both Design and Construction Management expertise. Additionally, our team ensured high-quality standards through Site Quality Assurance and provided Construction Supervision, Labour, and Equipment throughout the project’s life cycle. Our scope further included the installation of OLE, Earthing & Bonding systems, followed by thorough Testing & Commissioning to ensure everything was operational and compliant with specifications.

Our team has been responsible for the OLE, Earthing & Bonding Detailed Design, as well as Design Management and Construction Management, ensuring the project’s design and execution align with high industry standards. We have also delivered Site Quality Assurance, Construction Supervision, and supplied Labour and Equipment to support the construction process. Our scope further includes the installation of OLE, Earthing & Bonding systems, along with Testing & Commissioning, to guarantee the operational readiness and safety of the infrastructure. Our ongoing involvement ensures the project’s successful and timely completion.

Our team provided comprehensive Construction Management services, ensuring smooth coordination throughout the project. We also ensured Site Quality Assurance and supplied Construction Supervision, Labour, Equipment, and Protection Officers to maintain safety and efficiency on-site. Additionally, we designed the Temporary Staging, installed OLE, Earthing & Bonding systems, and carried out Foundation Installation. Our role also included Testing & Commissioning to verify the functionality and compliance of all systems, ensuring the successful completion of the project.

Since 2022, we have been working on the Morley Ellenbrook Project with PTA(WA) and Laing O’Rourke (WA), a project valued at over $2.5 million. Our services have included the OLE, Earthing & Bonding Staging Design, as well as the OLE, Earthing & Bonding Detailed Design, ensuring all technical requirements were met. We also played a key role in Design Management, overseeing the project’s design processes and ensuring alignment with industry standards. Additionally, we provided Subject Matter Expert (SME) Review to ensure the highest level of expertise was applied at every stage. Our involvement further included supplying Construction Plant and Labour, supporting the efficient execution of the project.
